I’m feeling really lucky to be settling in… All is well and I’m slowly tying up loose-ends. My final inspection of the house was completed on Thursday which means I can submit all of my receipts to my lender which means I can get reimbursed for the other half of renovation expenses. Yippee. It’s a daunting task, but I think it will come together quickly.
